Identify class needs and organize learning activities. Assess, record, and provide feedback on student performance. Collaborate with school staff, families, and school administration. Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and ongoing professional development. Maintain pedagogical records and comply with directives from school leadership. Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting potential risk situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Experience in this role and with the early childhood education segment.
