PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal voucher and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Goiana/PE **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses, as well as authorization to operate heavy vehicles; also facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** INSTRUCTOR FOR COLLECTIVE PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES, DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORT, SCHOOL TRANSPORT, EMERGENCY TRANSPORT, OR INDIVISIBLE LOAD TRANSPORT, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (VALID). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (AT LEAST ONE YEAR IN THE CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the valid CNH. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
