We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst | Tester - Salesforce with knowledge of test automation and basic Salesforce expertise to work on: * **Executing manual tests** across various platforms and devices, ensuring system quality and compliance with defined requirements. * **Designing automated tests** using the Playwright testing framework or another test automation framework with which you have experience. * **Designing and creating test cases** * **Recording, tracking, and updating bugs and tasks**, collaborating with the development team to ensure effective issue resolution. * **Actively participating in agile ceremonies**, such as daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective meetings, contributing feedback and aligning on quality expectations. * **Documenting test cases, evidence, and results**, maintaining traceability and organization of QA activities. * **Supporting the organization and prioritization of test tasks**, based on risk, impact, and business value criteria. * **Communicating clearly and objectively** with various departments (development, product, business), facilitating understanding of problems and solutions. * **Using Excel and PowerPoint** to generate simple reports, status presentations, and quality metrics. * **Collaborating with the team to identify continuous improvements** in QA and development processes.
