We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come Be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform troubleshooting; * Perform basic configurations on firewalls and routers; * Apply knowledge of connectivity technologies, such as VPNs (IPSec and SSL) and NAT; * Use network troubleshooting tools, such as ping and traceroute, to support incident identification and analysis; * Maintain contact with customers; * Engage and interact with partner telecom providers and vendors to restore internet links, verify and perform maintenance on customer network equipment and infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Technical English proficiency to read and interpret documentation and manuals; * Understanding of telecommunications network fundamentals; * Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, DHCP, and DNS. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience operating Ubiquiti/Unifi equipment; * Basic knowledge or interest in Cisco Meraki and Fortinet; * Entry-level certifications such as CCST or Networking Fundamentals; * Understanding of SD\-WAN technology; * Experience working in cloud networking environments (AWS); * Familiarity with tools such as API, TelcoManager, Grafana, and Zabbix. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
