We are seeking an Engineer who will contribute to coordinating services for developing and monitoring executive budgets for sanitation projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor investments related to the expansion and renewal of the Water Production System (Water Transmission Lines)
* Monitor construction works assigned to Contractors
* Monitor construction works undertaken by Third Parties
* Technical Compliance Validation: Responsible for certifying that projects (water transmission systems, stations, networks) fully meet technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements, directly impacting capital expenditure (CAPEX) release and concessionaire remuneration.
**Requirements:**
* Civil Engineer or Sanitation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably in sanitation, water supply, wastewater, or roadworks).
* Specialized Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in ABNT sanitation standards and legal frameworks, drinking water quality standards, and technical requirements for multidisciplinary projects.
* Technical Leadership and Independence: Ensure all certification activities are conducted with rigorous technical standards, absolute impartiality, and no conflict of interest, acting in an "equidistant manner toward all parties" as required by contractual obligations.
* Experience in INMETRO-accredited technical inspection will be considered an advantage.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
