Job Description
Structure, organize, and analyze data related to academic Olympiads and selection processes, supporting results management in monitoring indicators, identifying opportunities, and making strategic decisions.
Responsibilities and Duties
* + Organize and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and tools used for tracking departmental activities.
+ Complete and maintain the Olympic Cycle Spreadsheet, including student participation and performance indicators.
+ Consolidate data from various network units related to academic Olympiads and university entrance exam projects.
+ Monitor student participation indicators in academic Olympiads.
+ Present updated registration and participation data for competitions during department meetings.
+ Inform management and supervision of situations requiring heightened attention or mobilization in specific grades or units.
+ Collect and organize student results from academic Olympiads.
+ Consolidate data related to student awards and rankings.
+ Collect and organize data on student performance and admission outcomes in university entrance exams and selection processes.
+ Create and maintain attendance-tracking spreadsheets and tools for Olympic classes.
+ Organize and consolidate attendance data for Olympic classes across different units.
+ Develop and enhance digital tools to support sector indicator monitoring.
+ Keep the Olympic Calendar updated with key dates for academic Olympiads.
+ Analyze competition announcements and organize relevant information for sector action planning.
+ Register the school for academic Olympiads.
+ Organize Olympic promotion kits and informational materials for students and staff.
+ Support organizing tasks related to Elementary School I Olympiads.
* Organize and disseminate relevant data and results for institutional communication.
* + Support sending information to the marketing department for promoting results and awards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Administration, or Education-related fields, with experience in academic data analysis and organization.
Desirable Requirements
* Knowledge
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. · Experience in academic data organization and analysis. · Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Looker Studio or similar. · Knowledge of academic Olympiads and academic selection processes. · Basic understanding of applied statistics in educational analysis and indicator monitoring.

· Ability to systematically organize large volumes of information. · Skill in analyzing data and identifying relevant patterns for decision-making. · Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and monitoring tools. · Ability to transform data into clear information for management use. · Agility in understanding complex requirements and translating them into practical tools and analyses.
