Provides technical support and monitors accident prevention activities ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Develop and deliver onboarding training to raise employee awareness of occupational safety topics; Complete PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) forms for newly hired employees and prepare service orders (OS); Analyze incident-related documents from contracts and register Work Accident Communication Forms (CAT); Compile monthly data on incidents and training conducted across contracts to generate departmental performance indicators; Manage and monitor occupational programs, tracking expiration dates via spreadsheets and information systems; Prepare PPP (Professional Occupational Profile), manage issued documents, and coordinate delivery; Check CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) stability and work accident records in the information system for termination requests, and inform operational and HR departments; Assess area material and supply needs and submit procurement requests through the information system; Organize and archive occupational safety-related documents; Provide support to occupational safety technicians conducting contract site inspections; Manage measurement equipment—storage, lending—and monitor calibration certificate validity, arranging renewal when required; Attend and support monthly CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade meetings; Process and enter supplier invoices (QSMS suppliers) into the system for payment processing; Visit contracts as needed to conduct training and safety inspections; Participate in and support SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention) activities at the office; Prepare documents for regulatory inspections, audits, and the Legal Department; Participate in implementation projects as required; Maintain office fire-fighting equipment inventory and request recharging as needed; Enter data into the information system for the PGR (Risk Management Program), incidents, CIPA processes, and stability records; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed technical high school diploma (Occupational Safety Technician).
