The role involves providing courteous and effective customer service, as well as organizing the store and receiving customers empathetically, always complying with company policies and guidelines established by management. Candidates must enjoy working with people, be communicative and possess strong listening skills, and collaborate effectively within a team. **Responsibilities** Customer service: identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products. Product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits. Store organization and product restocking. Cash register operation, recording sales and performing daily closing procedures. Achieving sales targets. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Courses in sales or customer service (preferred). Prior experience in sales or customer service (mandatory). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer literacy. **Skills** Excellent verbal and written communication. Negotiation and persuasion skills for driving sales and public interaction. Proactivity and dynamism. Inventory control and verification in-store. Product organization.
