Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Safe work environment * Dynamic environment **PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE** *Perform kitchen support activities, assisting in food pre\-preparation and preparation according to required food safety standards and brand operational style, to satisfactorily meet customer needs. Place the customer at the "heart" of everything performed, thereby offering them a unique and unforgettable experience, in alignment with the company's Service Culture.* **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet customers and monitor consumption. * Set up the buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner and ensure replenishment, as well as prepare coffee breaks for events. * Serve *couvert*, when necessary. Take beverage orders and assist customers in selecting dishes / accompaniments. * Actively sell restaurant and bar menu items. * Clear plates and cutlery from tables after meals. Offer dessert and coffee to customers during lunch or dinner. Upon service completion, follow the billing procedure specific to your operational brand. * Monitor and replenish stock. * Perform cash register control and closing. Make necessary corrections, recording them according to Autocontrol practices. * Prepare loss spreadsheets and monthly inventories of utensils, beverages, and items served in the bar/restaurant/convenience store. * Follow management instructions regarding food hygiene and handling. Comply with current legislation and the Good Practices Manual. * Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and conservation of the restaurant, including accessories used by customers. Maintain proper uniform appearance per established practices. * Upon identifying a customer preference, share this information with the Front Desk team so the Digital Customer Card can be updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and making every stay surprising. * Be an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives. * Follow management instructions regarding selective waste collection and consumption of water, energy, and cleaning products to achieve environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
