WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Serve customers by providing information about products and services. Identify the nature of internal and/or external customer requests and assist them as needed. * Refer bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required for service execution, refer customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment vouchers, and perform other activities to complete service delivery and referral to the funeral home. * Complete forms and record information in the system. * Provide administrative support for HR, administration, finance, and logistics functions. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various departmental documents and files, classifying them according to pre-established criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Ensure proper use of office supplies, identify replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person accordingly. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
