**Description:**
What We Seek
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
Postgraduate qualification is considered a plus;
**Quality Tools:** FMEA, Control Plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), IATF 16949;
Knowledge of industrial processes, metrology, quality laboratory, and customer interface.
Experience with internal and external audits, quality indicators, nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive action plans.
**Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
**Flexibility and Adaptability:** Capacity to handle frequent process changes and customer requirements.
Clear and assertive communication, with focus on conflict resolution and expectation alignment.
**Proactivity and Ownership Mindset:** Hands-on profile, willing to work directly at the gemba (shop floor).
**Leadership Capability:** Prior experience managing teams, with emphasis on people development and organizational climate.
