Job Summary: The professional will serve customers, identify requests, forward bureaucratic matters, complete forms, record information in the system, and assist with administrative tasks. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Serve customers by providing information about products and services. Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, and assist them when necessary. * Forward bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required for service execution, refer customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment slips, and perform other activities to complete service delivery and referral to the funeral home. * Complete forms and record information in the system. * Provide support services in HR, administration, finance, and logistics operations. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various documents and departmental files, classifying them according to pre-established criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Maintain office supplies, assess replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person according to assessed needs. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
