Mondelez International is an equal opportunity employer, and all candidates will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and operate low- and medium-complexity equipment to ensure maximum machine efficiency and minimum losses (scrap/sweeping, rework, overweight, and machine downtime). * Complete process and production records relevant to the area. * Support equipment preparation (assembly and disassembly) and perform cleaning procedures for maintenance and product/format changeovers. * Supply and transport materials (rework or finished products) within the manufacturing area. * Collect samples for analysis and conduct tests (dough preparation). * Identify, separate, and weigh ingredients and materials in the manufacturing area. * Participate in and support various company programs aligned with SSQCDM (Sustainability, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school. **Desirable:** Computer literacy. **Experience:** Manufacturing environment experience is desirable. **Additional Information** **For Your Meals:** Meal Allowance; Breakfast/Café da Manhã at the cafeteria; Lunch/Dinner at the cafeteria; **For Your Commute:** Transportation Allowance and/or shuttle service; **For Your Health and Well-being:** Pharmacy Benefit; Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Life Insurance; Wellhub. **For Your Finances:** PPR (Profit Participation Plan) – percentage and criteria. **And other benefits.** Our benefit packages vary according to the unit’s collective bargaining agreement and eligibility rules.
