Track actual vs. planned performance and address operational deviations. Balance demand with production capacity. Ensure integration among production, maintenance, logistics, and procurement. Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, losses, plan adherence, etc.). Support data-driven decision making. Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to production processes. Prepare production performance reports. Previous experience as PCP Coordinator, PCP Assistant, PCP Supervisor, or Production Planner may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
