We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come Be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as PO for agile squads, responsible for keeping the backlog aligned with the product strategy; * Ensure initiatives are connected to the company's OKRs; * Continuously refine the backlog together with the technical team; * Regularly align with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visibility and engagement; * Plan and track project deliveries, managing deadlines, risks, and scope; * Participate in defining and tracking success metrics for delivered products and features. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a PO and/or Project Manager (PM) in agile teams; * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc); * Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and facilitating agile ceremonies; Knowledge and practice in defining and tracking OKRs. * **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in B2C or SaaS environments; * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, GitLab; * Knowledge of discovery practices and product analytics. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
