Perform meat preparation, sandwich assembly, and dish finishing. Control griddle ingredient inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Maintain griddle and workplace organization and cleanliness. Comply with hygiene standards and good food handling practices. Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Chef de Partie, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
