Job Mission** Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to handle, store, and organize goods in warehouses and operational areas, ensuring product integrity and compliance with occupational safety regulations. **2. Key Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving goods. * Store products in appropriate locations, respecting layout and addressing systems. * Restock sales and picking areas as needed. * Assist in warehouse organization. * Perform basic verification of moved loads. * Inspect forklift operating conditions before use. * Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Adhere to internal safety rules and signage. * Support inventory counts and stock control. **3. Job Requirements Education:** * Completed elementary education. **Mandatory:** * Valid **Forklift Operator Training Certificate**, compliant with occupational safety regulations (NR-11). **Experience:** * Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage. **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention and responsibility. * Motor coordination and operational control. * Organization and discipline. * Commitment to safety regulations. **4. Working Conditions** * Work environment: warehouse/logistics facility. * Possible exposure to noise and intensive cargo handling. * Standing work and continuous equipment operation. * Mandatory use of PPE (helmet, boots, gloves, vest, per internal policy). **5. Responsibilities and Legal Notes** * Operate equipment exclusively with a **valid certification**, under penalty of labor noncompliance and safety risk. * Strictly comply with **NR-11 (Transportation, Handling, Storage, and Material Handling)** regulations. * Do not operate equipment under unsafe conditions. * Ensure personal physical safety and that of others. * Be held accountable for damages resulting from improper use, if negligence is proven.
