If you identify with this position and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your key challenges will include:** * Providing **clarifications** regarding coverage doubts, limits, and deadlines; * Guiding and directing the insurer on **pre-reimbursement requests** and **reimbursement deadlines**; * Collaborating with clients on potential **payment absences**, resulting in **suspension of services**, as notified by the operator, Itsseg’s finance department, or another channel; * **Monitoring payments**, invoice clearance, and **service reactivation** (when applicable); * Requesting **due date extensions**, provided the invoice was issued within the agreed timeframe; * **Performing operational tasks** with insurers, including enrollment, cancellation, and plan modifications for health insurance; * **Sending checklists of documents** required by insurers to process medical-hospital reimbursement or life insurance group benefit payouts; * **Notifying** clients and/or **tracking follow-ups** on document-related **pending items** identified or requested by insurers during reimbursement, claim processing, and life insurance payout procedures; * **Guiding** clients on procedures for **funeral assistance** and **travel assistance**; * Responding to email inquiries within a maximum of **24 business hours** from receipt; * **Recording** all **support interactions** in Itsseg’s operational module; * **Immediately informing** the **coordination team** of any **incidents** or relevant information observed during support activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **It would be important for you to have:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel **intermediate level**, and PowerPoint); **Desirable:** familiarity with benefits operational routines: * **Essential:** knowledge of benefits operational routines; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing and Results Participation; **In Addition to These Benefits, We Offer:** * Excellent work environment, light, welcoming, and dynamic; * Birthday day off; * Pharmacy card; * Benefits Club (various partnerships offering exclusive discounts); * Sesc partnership; * Discount on our products (insurance); * Movie ticket discounts; * Total Pass (Gym Partnership); * Auster — Emotional balance enhancement; **Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Work Location: On-site (In-company)** We are a global fintech that **connects people and technology to deliver personalized solutions** in insurance, reinsurance, benefits, cybersecurity, and other areas.
