THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Rua Zito de Souza Leao 10km2 \| Petrolina PE \- 56306904 **JOB SUMMARY:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques to restore, develop, and maintain clients’ physical capacity, with emphasis on spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participation in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO (Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy). a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no records” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council stating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
