This professional will support ERP implementation projects, ensuring solutions are configured and delivered according to client needs—on time, with high quality and exceptional satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Support the execution of system implementation projects at client sites. * Gather requirements from clients, understanding their needs and business processes; * Configure and parameterize the system according to business rules; * Support scheduling and tracking project milestones; * Perform testing, simulations, and process validations prior to production launch; * Deliver training to end users and support system adoption; * Facilitate alignment among clients, technical teams, and internal departments; * Monitor new version releases (releases), performing internal testing and validation; * Support incident resolution and post-implementation improvements; * Document and record project processes, incidents, workflows, and lessons learned. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Analytical mindset and problem-solving focus; * Knowledge of business processes (procurement, inventory, billing, finance); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; * Willingness to travel occasionally; * Prior experience—even entry-level—with system implementation or ERP support is considered a plus. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Knowledge or experience with ERP systems such as **TOTVS Protheus ERP, RM, or Datasul**; * Knowledge of databases or SQL queries; * Experience in B2B customer service; * Experience in implementation processes, testing, or user training.
