Job Summary: The Welder will be responsible for performing welding on metal components and structures, ensuring integrity and safety in accordance with technical standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Perform welding and inspections, ensuring quality and safety. 2. Operate welding equipment and tools (MIG, TIG, electrode). 3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The **Welder** will be responsible for performing welding on components, metal structures, and equipment, ensuring process integrity, quality, and safety. The role involves material preparation, execution of welds, and inspections, following technical standards and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding on components and metal structures according to technical specifications. * Prepare surfaces and materials for welding. * Conduct visual inspections of welded parts to ensure process quality. * Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. * Operate welding equipment and tools (MIG, TIG, coated electrode, among others). * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and rework as necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Record performed activities in maintenance/production systems. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school with vocational or technical training in Welding, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** in industrial, metallurgical, or maintenance welding. **Technical Knowledge:** * Welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, and coated electrode. * Reading and interpretation of welding drawings and symbols. * Joint preparation and inspection. * Basic knowledge of metallurgy and material properties. * Familiarity with metrology and measuring instruments. **Certifications:** * Welding qualification courses (mandatory). * **NR18** and **NR12** (desirable depending on the work environment). **Preferred Qualifications:** * ASME or SENAI welding certification. * Experience in heavy or railway structure welding. * NR35 (Work at Heights). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, safety focus, and accountability. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance (**R$ 1.090,00**) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Corporate University * Private pension plan * Wellhub * Childcare assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.799,98 – R$3.424,03 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare assistance * Education assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
