The role also involves preparing reports and controls, collaborating with partner departments, and contributing to technical quality and cost predictability for projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, review, and alignment of the concessionaire's engineering projects and budgets. * Quantify materials, develop cost compositions, define technical assumptions, and gather field information to structure proposals and investment estimates. * Analyze technical documents, specifications, memoranda, and drawings, ensuring consistency between project design and budget. * Support technical and economic feasibility studies, comparative analysis of alternatives, and investment prioritization. * Collaborate with project, construction, planning, procurement, and operations teams to consolidate scopes and technical solutions. * Update budget databases, controls, reports, and presentations, ensuring traceability of information. * Support standardization of budgeting criteria, documentation, and engineering routines. * Contribute to the technical quality and cost predictability of the concessionaire's projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in projects, budgeting, quantity take-offs, cost compositions, or engineering studies. * Knowledge of water and sewage systems, interpretation of engineering drawings, memoranda, and technical specifications. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with budgeting tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software is desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with technical, operational, and administrative departments. * Proactive profile focused on technical quality and cost control. * Experience in sanitation, infrastructure, or consulting/implementation of construction projects is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); The **VITA Sertão** is a sanitation concessionaire established to drive the development of Pernambuco’s Sertão region.
