Responsibilities: Conduct proactive and responsive telephone customer service. Handle active and responsive digital channels (WhatsApp and social media). Prospect new customers and follow up on negotiations. Monitor ongoing negotiation processes. Negotiate payment terms and conditions for new memberships. Oversee inspection, registration, and activation processes (remote). Requirements: Sales experience. Telesales experience. Affinity with vehicles. Vehicle protection experience is desirable.
