If you believe you may benefit from our affirmative action policy, please indicate so in your application.** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate, oversee, and monitor the technical implementation of project activities within operational territories, ensuring adherence to scope, targets, and established timelines. * Articulate\-with Municipal Secretariats, schools, community leaders, and institutional partners, ensuring strategic alignment and strengthening local partnerships. * Provide technical support to municipal teams and project staff, advising on methodological and operational guidelines. * Coordinate capacity-building initiatives, community events, and territorial mobilization processes. * Monitor project indicators, targets, and outcomes, analyzing data and proposing improvements when necessary. * Support information systematization and the preparation of technical and institutional reports. * Participate in planning, monitoring, and evaluation meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making. * Ensure compliance with applicable institutional, contractual, and regulatory guidelines for the project. **Desired Experience** * Experience coordinating social, educational, and/or sports projects. * Experience in territorial articulation and network-based work. * Experience in institutional relationship building with public agencies and civil society organizations. * Experience in team management and tracking of targets and indicators. **Requirements** * Availability for frequent travel. * Knowledge of and experience working in territorial and community contexts. * Availability to travel across different municipalities within the state. **Preferred Qualification** * Experience with incentive-based projects (Federal Sports Incentive Law)
