Organization, proactivity, and good interpersonal relationships Dear Candidate, We are looking for a General Services Supervisor to lead and organize the team responsible for cleaning, conservation, and maintenance of both internal and external company areas. The professional will be responsible for ensuring service quality, promoting organization, and safeguarding the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the general services team (cleaning, conservation, pantry, and minor repairs); Monitor service execution and ensure adherence to schedules; Assign tasks and guide the team on best practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment; Monitor the usage of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary; Conduct periodic inspections to ensure service quality; Train and onboard new team members; Maintain workplace organization and safety. Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience in this role or in leadership positions within general services; Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and cleaning products; Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts; Organization, proactivity, and good interpersonal relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Training courses in professional cleaning or team management; Experience in corporate environments, schools, hospitals, or large companies.
