In your day-to-day work, you will: * Contribute to RPA delivery (development, deployment, and maintenance) and cognitive technologies, applying appropriate methodologies and techniques to meet established objectives regarding quality, cost, timelines, and benefits. * Track defects and malfunctions via Orchestrator or service tickets, and communicate them to relevant teams for resolution; * Prepare diagnostics with assessments and recommendations for RPA and cognitive solutions, guiding appropriate solutions tailored to the specific needs of each business unit group; * Facilitate user research and usability testing At Deloitte, we seek individuals who aim to generate positive impact every day. Choose your impact. **Mandatory Requirements:** ============================ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience developing software robots using Cognitive Robotics automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Workfusion, **Automation Anywhere**) and ability to build bots step-by-step (keystroke-by-keystroke) – intermediate level; * **Automation Anywhere** certification; * Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL – basic/intermediate level; * Knowledge of interpreting documentation (UML) and processes (BPMN) – basic/intermediate level; * Programming knowledge (.NET, Java, Python, R, or ETL) – intermediate level; * Advanced RPA certification
