A railway company is seeking a Yard and Terminal Supervisor in Salgueiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage operational teams and equipment used in yards and terminals. Plan and coordinate all activities related to loading, weighing, unloading, and transshipment of railcars. Ensure achievement of production targets and adherence to scheduled train departure times. Organize work schedules, training, and refresher programs for the team. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and services under supervision. Prepare detailed operational reports and report incidents to the Operations Control Center (OCC).
