**Responsibilities and duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Lead and align the team through monitoring, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational actions, performance evaluation, hiring requests, reassignment and/or termination requests, disciplinary measures, and other people management actions;
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy) within the team;
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Seek innovations and improvements that enhance productivity and performance in area activities;
* Support audit processes when required;
* Prepare and present reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership upon request;
* Participate in defining the area’s strategic and budgetary planning when requested;
* Actively attend organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary;
* Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction;
* Plan and manage regional field operations activities and deliverables under their responsibility, ensuring maximum efficiency in executing scheduled routes; jointly plan with the Regional Field Services Management team material requirements and team sizing, ensuring full activity execution aligned with the budget allocated to the area;
* Guarantee full, correct, and safe execution of technical services according to operational needs, company-established norms and pre-defined standards, aiming for service quality;
* Develop managerial staff to perform quality-focused activities centered on indicator analysis and planning, optimizing energy consumption within the department;
* Plan and align processes, workflows, and resources required to support operations together with supervisors.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or administration;
* 6 years of experience in the field, including 2 years as a people manager;
* Knowledge of GPON;
* Process management;
* Crisis management;
* Familiarity with field services department processes;
* Driver’s license "B" and defensive driving certification.
