Job Summary: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for scheduling and monitoring maintenance activities for machines and equipment, ensuring compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Customer focus and commitment to quality As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for distributing and monitoring the scheduling of maintenance activities for machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical procedures, required quality standards, and fulfillment of customer needs. Responsibilities: * Schedule and distribute work orders via system to responsible personnel. * Identify equipment with maintenance backlogs through reports. * Record executed services in the system according to work orders. * Compile data and generate maintenance management reports. * Support the development of work instructions and technical documentation for new equipment. * Receive and track material requests and spare parts procurement. * Report incidents to immediate supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations, participate in daily safety talks (DDS), and use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Safeguard company and customer assets. * Perform other duties related to the position. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Technology, or related fields). * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance (mechanical or electrical). * Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Advanced knowledge of **SAP – PM module**. * Knowledge of Prometheus ERP, Prometheus Mobile, and GE APM is desirable.
