Our Client: A large-scale retail company operating 40 stores and a corporate office in the Pernambuco region; Responsibilities: \- Implement and structure HR policies and practices; \- Team and staff management;] \- Strategic HR Management: Define long-term HR strategies and align people initiatives with business goals. \- Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate selection processes, including interviews, assessments, and talent attraction (employer branding). \- Training and Development (T\&D): Plan career paths, performance evaluations (IDP), and employee training. \- Personnel Department and Labor Relations: Supervise personnel administration, payroll, benefits, compliance with labor legislation, and union negotiations. \- Culture and Climate: Conduct organizational climate surveys and internal marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and retention. Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate degree; \- Availability to work on-site in Caruaru; \- Availability for weekly travel across the Zona da Mata region.
