#### **About the Role:**
We are seeking an HR Supervisor to join our team at a new Mateus store, responsible for coordinating and executing Human Resources activities, ensuring alignment with company strategies and compliance with labor legislation. The professional will act as a strategic partner to store leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment and contributing to employee development and engagement.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to onboarding of new employees.
* Support training and development management by identifying needs and assisting in the implementation of capacity-building programs.
* Manage and monitor HR metrics—such as turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate—and propose action plans.
* Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labor legislation, and people management.
* Manage employee benefits, ensuring proper administration and communication to staff.
* Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the HR department budget.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and current labor legislation.
* Promote internal communication initiatives and employee engagement.
* Maintain timekeeping records and assist with payroll interface.
* Support performance management and employee evaluations.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proven experience in HR leadership or coordination roles, preferably within retail or wholesale sectors.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation and personnel department routines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields.
* Familiarity with HR management systems (ERP).
* Experience implementing HR processes and policies.
* Experience working in large-scale companies or organizations undergoing expansion.
