Conducting basic quotations with suppliers. Updating costs in spreadsheets and internal systems. Monitoring purchase orders and identifying simple discrepancies related to price and delivery time. Previous experience as a Budget Assistant, Cost Analyst, Budget Intern, or Budget Support Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
