Participates in the continuous improvement of departmental processes The Accounting Analyst is responsible for executing, analyzing, and controlling the company's accounting activities, ensuring that accounting records and financial statements comply with applicable legal regulations and current accounting principles. Performs monthly and annual accounting closings, reconciliations, and supports internal and external audits. **Main Responsibilities:** Record accounting entries and perform reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts; Execute monthly and annual accounting closings; Prepare and analyze trial balances, accounting and financial statements; Ensure correct classification of accounting accounts and cost centers; Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (in coordination with the tax department); Respond to internal and external audits by providing documents and information; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies; Support preparation of the SPED Contábil and ECF reports; Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration (or in process); Knowledge of accounting standards (BRGAAP) and current legislation; Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, or similar); Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
