With an extensive portfolio of completed projects, Diefra provides operational and technological support to public and private enterprises across Brazil. **Join our team!** **This professional will be responsible for:** * Conducting quality supervision of substation construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual standards; * Supervising construction activities for substation projects at voltage levels ranging from 69kV to 138kV; * Monitoring and ensuring proper execution of work, identifying and reporting non-conformities; * Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) regulations in coordination with the Occupational Safety Technician (OST); * Inspecting facilities, equipment, machinery, and mandatory documentation; * Monitoring measurements of completed work and auditing service providers' records; * Supervising the development and implementation of the Execution Plan (PEX); * Monitoring and validating the commissioning process of installations; * Preparing and updating Daily Construction Reports (RDOs), non-conformity lists, and mobilization and demobilization reports; * Supervising and monitoring the implementation of environmental programs related to the project; * Supervising interventions in the Power System (SEP); * Applying and interpreting technical and regulatory standards for the electric power sector. * Technical education in Electrotechnology; * Proven experience in execution and supervision of substation construction projects; * NR-10 Basic and SEP certifications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license Category B; * Willingness to travel throughout the state of Pernambuco. **Requirements:** * Experience in supervision and execution of substation construction projects (69kV – 138kV); * Technical qualification in Electrotechnology; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Ability to read and interpret electrical and civil engineering drawings; * Critical thinking and ownership mindset; * Field leadership and results-oriented focus; * Willingness to travel throughout the state of Pernambuco. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * University partnership program; * Hazard pay; * Travel expense allowance. **Are you in?** **An amazing team is waiting for you \=)**
