How about becoming part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! . **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Develop maintenance strategies through Maintenance Plans; * Ensure equipment availability through execution of Maintenance Plans; * Meet production needs by performing maintenance activities within cost, quality, and time expectations; * Ensure correct application of management tools supporting Autonomous Groups, including label closure, knowledge transfer to production, breakdown handling per trigger criteria, and participation in Kaizens; * Implement improvement projects using the PDCA methodology, focusing on increasing availability and reducing costs to achieve departmental goals; * Manage team members to enable sustainable business growth and expansion through selection, satisfaction, engagement, retention, training, and development, while monitoring performance indicators and fostering a positive organizational climate. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What we seek?*** * Experience as a maintenance technician or team leader; * Knowledge of alignment and lubrication of rotating machinery; * Experience in industrial routines; * Knowledge of maintenance planning and control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge and experience with safety and environmental regulations. ***Education:*** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related field. ***Knowledge:*** * Basic understanding of welding, metalworking, and mechanical assembly; * Aptitude for leading people; * WCM PM and AM pillars. **Additional Information** ***What we offer?*** In our Moura way of being, we believe people are the energy to move the future.
