Your role includes: * Planning and organizing content; * Writing texts that connect and convert; * Preparing briefs for designers and video production; * Managing the posting schedule together with responsible departments and clients; * Monitoring and updating profiles; * Reviewing materials before publication; * Analyzing performance to propose continuous improvements. Main Responsibilities • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts; • Engage with audiences and monitor engagement metrics; • Execute content calendars and follow content guidelines; • Create and review captions and briefs for designers and video production; • Update bios, links, and highlights monthly; • Support video creation, monitor recordings, and editing. Requirements • Prior experience as a social media professional; • Strong writing skills and creativity; • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; • Experience managing multiple clients and simultaneous demands; • Continuous awareness of digital trends and best practices; • A positive, collaborative attitude in the workplace; • Ability to self-manage priorities without constant supervision; • Proficiency in the following tools: ClickUp, Trello, Google Drive, Mlabs, Meta Business, ChatGPT, Canva (basic), Reportei. Ideal Profile • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Organization and discipline in meeting deadlines; • Proactivity in suggesting and implementing improvements; • Emotional maturity and a collaborative mindset; • Prior experience in content planning and/or digital marketing.
