Job Summary: The professional will handle in-person and digital customer service, uniform sales, quotation preparation, and customer prospecting. Key Highlights: 1. Support in product and promotion publicity * **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Salary:** R$ 1\.718,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance \+ Dental Plan * **Number of Positions:** 1 ### **️** **Main Responsibilities** * In-person, WhatsApp, and social media customer service, focusing on excellence and sales conversion; * Presentation and sale of professional uniforms, clarifying questions regarding models, fabrics, embroidery, prints, and delivery timelines; * Quotation preparation, negotiation follow-up, and order closing; * Customer prospecting and retention, maintaining active and professional relationships; * Organization and updating of orders, registrations, and commercial information; * Support in promoting products and promotions on the company's social media channels; * Post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction; * Workplace organization and support for store routines. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and sales (in-person and/or online); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in using WhatsApp and social media for customer service and sales; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Availability to work during business hours; * Teamwork skills. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
