To sustain our brands and growth, we seek individuals deeply engaged with our business who strive to exceed expectations of both internal and external customers! **Opportunity** to work as a **Commercial Assistant** for **Herval Móveis e Colchões**, at our Bezerros/PE unit. Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare price quotations and address special client and representative (and/or authorized reseller) requirements; * Register and release orders in the system according to product requests and item verification; * Serve clients and representatives (and/or authorized resellers), providing information on sales processes and products; * Manage and dispatch documents, technical specifications, catalogs, and marketing materials to representatives (and/or authorized resellers) and clients, while updating product information; * Arrange production of lifestyle images for advertisements, as requested by the client (HMC); * Promote sales and monitor material stock levels (HMC); * Perform cross-linking between purchasing-company items and group items. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Customer service experience; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We seek individuals with innate leadership, who enjoy debating ideas and proactively seeking ways to help the company and colleagues continuously improve.
