Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the accuracy of material flow, monitoring performance indicators, guiding teams, and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure accuracy of material inbound and outbound processes 2. Monitor productivity indicators and propose improvements 3. Monitor the use of PPEs and application of safety regulations * Verify invoices, delivery notes, and orders to ensure accuracy of material inbound and outbound processes. * Monitor team productivity indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Monitor correct use of PPEs and implementation of safety regulations. * Guide drivers and assistants on routes, priorities, and material handling precautions. * Control yard inbound and outbound traffic, optimizing physical space usage. * Check basic maintenance of forklifts and overhead cranes, recording repair needs. * Ensure that order picking and loading comply with lashing, identification, and preservation standards. * Support internal and external audits when required.
