Works following technical, quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, and health procedures and standards. * Maintain daily personal appearance in accordance with company and customer requirements; * Verify cargo in advance against the corresponding loading list; * Unload customer products from dealership vehicles; * Assist drivers in operational delivery-related tasks, such as vehicle maneuvering; * Deliver products according to customer-required standards; * Check compliance of returnable containers; * Provide customers with daily physical volume (carton) reconciliation; * Ensure vehicle maintenance and proper use of auxiliary equipment; * Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; * Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; * Commit to operational targets jointly defined with the customer, DPO, and Excellence Program; * Demonstrate personal and professional behavior appropriate to the role.
