RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Lead ERP Sankhya implementation projects, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, and delivery quality; * Monitor schedules and support activity management with consultants, clients, and involved departments; * Facilitate communication between the team and the client, ensuring clarity and transparency of information; * Support risk identification and mitigation, escalating to the coordinator or responsible manager when necessary; * Generate project tracking reports and performance indicators for projects under your responsibility; * Apply best practices in project management, contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes; * Actively participate in planning and alignment meetings, seeking to enhance your technical and behavioral performance. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in system implementation, project monitoring, or project management; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Strong communication skills, organization, proactivity, and results orientation; * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse contexts and clients.
