If you also believe creativity makes life easier, check out our available opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the production process, ensuring the production plan is executed as scheduled; * Ensure all products meet established quality requirements; * Lead teams involved in production operations; * Develop and control the annual budget for the area; * Promote cost reduction in the production process through efficient management; * Improve the production process by continuously seeking new knowledge, technologies, and participation in industry fairs and events; * Ensure efficient utilization of production resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering**; * Completed postgraduate studies in **Production, Industrial Management, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Solid experience in production management, with emphasis on performance, productivity, and strategic business outcomes; * Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodology and continuous improvement management; * Experience with SAP systems, KPI management, and operational performance analysis; * Strong strategic vision, constant updating on emerging technologies, and mastery of the business value stream; * Experience in plastic industrial processes will be considered a plus; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Paulista/PE; candidates from any region of Brazil are welcome. **Additional Information** **Benefit packages are configured according to location and work model.
