To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess occurrences of intermittency in water supply availability * Technical Reporting: Prepare site visit reports, technical opinions, and compliance analyses, including photographic evidence, sketches, and regulatory references * Validation of Tests and Expert Assessments: Review technical test results (e.g., strength, watertightness, water quality), comparing them against project specifications and applicable standards * Technical Communication: Present findings, technical questions, and recommendations during meetings with internal teams, concessionaires, and the regulatory agency (ARPE) * Support for External Audits: Provide documentation and participate in audits conducted by oversight bodies, explaining methodologies and technical evidence * Technical Quality of Inspections: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all technical inspections performed, guaranteeing that analyses are grounded in standards, approved designs, and objective evidence * Independence and Impartiality: Act impartially and issue unbiased technical opinions without interference from commercial or policy decisions * Adherence to Inspection Schedules: Ensure inspections occur per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), respecting critical deadlines * Audit-Ready Documentation: Maintain complete, organized, and accessible technical records for verification **Requirements:** * Technology degree in Quality Management; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or Logistics. Related technical courses also accepted. * Complementary Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of georeferencing and technical photography (preferred) * Behavioral Competencies: Attention to detail, analytical ability, clear technical communication, teamwork * Specialized Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ABNT sanitation standards and legal frameworks, water quality standards, and technical requirements for multidisciplinary projects—preferred * Experience in INMETRO-accredited technical inspection will be considered a plus Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
