Team leadership and development **How you will contribute to this challenge:** Manage teams and activities within a specific production area to ensure compliance with quality, productivity, cost-efficiency, and safety standards. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Define action plans to achieve production goals and objectives, supervise activity execution, seek productivity, quality, cost, and safety optimization, and be accountable for results; * Analyze production planning—including production mix—in coordination with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) department; * Supervise and control raw material and input consumption in production, as well as production costs, seeking alternatives to reduce direct costs and process losses; * Identify, analyze, and propose improvement opportunities for products and processes, collaborating with the product development team to implement feasible solutions; * Plan the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corresponding operational training, define schedules, and monitor their implementation; * Ensure workplace safety practices, complying with and enforcing area-specific norms and procedures—including workplace cleanliness and organization (5S, GMP, and FSSC 22000); * Ensure equipment conditions, identify anomalies, and arrange necessary repairs to restore proper operation; * Manage the functional team by establishing professional development plans, guiding task execution, instructing new methods, training newly hired staff, evaluating performance, scheduling vacations, and performing other administrative duties—always adhering to personnel and safety policies, norms, and procedures applicable within your scope of responsibility; * Keep industrial management informed about actions taken and results achieved in the area, reporting situations requiring higher-level decision-making. **Requirements to apply:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Production Engineering; * Proven experience in the industrial sector; * Solid experience using and applying various management tools. **You will stand out if you have:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA/specialized training in management (business, operations, processes, or projects). * Proven experience in food manufacturing industries. **What benefits you will receive:** * 12 monthly payments equal to the agreed remuneration; * Two semi-annual payments each equivalent to 50% of the base monthly payment; * 21-day vacation period; * Reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses for corporate purposes; * ASA Products Kit; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Health insurance plan fully covered by the company. **Selection Process Steps:** * Application submission; * Initial screening; * Interview with the Talent Acquisition and Selection team; * Technical and behavioral assessment stage; * Interview with leadership; * Job offer; * Hiring. **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** On-site at ASA Industry Plant in Belo Jardim/PE. **Employment Model:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees who, since the company’s founding in 1996, have produced category-leading brands reaching thousands of families.
