Our mission is to provide efficient and innovative accounting, asset planning, and corporate management services, ensuring accuracy and results-oriented focus. **Responsibilities:** Support industrial cost calculation, control, and analysis routines, contributing to information accuracy and supporting production and administrative departments. **Main Activities:** 1\. Accounting Entries and Classifications: Perform cost entries in ERP systems. Correctly classify costs by cost centers and expense nature. 2\. Operational Data Collection: Monitor and record raw material consumption, production hours, and resource usage. Support verification of production orders and technical specifications. 3\. Direct Cost Calculation: Assist in calculating costs for finished goods and work-in-process. Update cost spreadsheets with production and procurement data. 4\. Inventory Control: Support reconciliation of physical and accounting inventories. Participate in inventory counts and internal audits. 5\. Pricing Support: Provide basic cost data for sales price composition. Update unit cost tables. 6\. Operational Reporting: Generate simple cost reports by product, department, or period. Support cost and consumption variance analysis. 7\. Support to Production and Procurement Departments: Interact with operational departments to understand processes and validate information. Monitor consumption and production efficiency indicators. 8\. System Updates: Maintain updated master data in the ERP system (materials, cost centers, products). Support cost process configuration. **Technical Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. Basic knowledge of cost accounting and Excel. Experience with ERP systems and industrial routines is desirable. **Relevant Experience Includes:** Support to accounting or controller functions. Industrial or administrative cost routines. Internships or assistant positions in production or manufacturing companies. **Desirable Differentiators:** Prior experience in an industrial environment Knowledge of ERP systems Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Fundamental understanding of cost accounting Analytical and proactive profile Strong communication skills with operational departments Interest in continuous development
