Job Summary: Execute and control financial routines for BPO clients, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and generation of reliable data to support decision-making, while acting analytically and proactively. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical and proactive involvement in financial health and operational efficiency 2. Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation 3. Preparation of Income Statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and KPI analysis **Mission:** Execute and control financial routines for clients served by Financial BPO, ensuring information accuracy, deadline compliance, process organization, and generation of reliable data to support decision-making. Act analytically and proactively to contribute to clients' financial health and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Accounts Payable * Verify invoices, contracts, and documents prior to payment processing. * Record financial transactions in the system, ensuring correct classification. * Monitor due dates and organize future payment schedules. * Submit payments for approval through coordination and client workflows. * Assess payment impact on cash flow before release. Accounts Receivable and Delinquency Management * Issue and send bills and invoices to end customers. * Track revenue inflows and identify delays. * Execute collection processes and follow-up with delinquent accounts. * Analyze the impact of delinquency on cash flow and propose corrective actions. Bank Reconciliation * Daily verification of bank statements and financial transactions. * Validate deposits and withdrawals, ensuring alignment with internal entries. * Identify, adjust, and correct financial discrepancies. * Prepare reconciliation reports for control and audit purposes. Financial Reporting and Analysis * Prepare Income Statements (DRE) and periodic financial reports. * Build and analyze actual and projected cash flow statements. * Monitor financial indicators (KPIs) and operational performance. * Organize financial information for presentation to coordination and clients. Continuous Process Improvement * Review financial routines to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Strategically utilize ERPs and financial tools. * Apply best practices in financial governance and process standardization. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Tools and Knowledge: * Experience with small manufacturing companies. * Experience managing multiple client portfolios. * Knowledge of financial automation and BI.
