Constant interface with tax, labor, and corporate departments. **About the opportunity:** A growing accounting firm with nationwide presence and a diversified client portfolio seeks an Accounting Analyst to join its technical team. This position offers the opportunity to work with companies of various sizes and sectors in a collaborative environment focused on advisory accounting. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **account classification, reconciliation, and analysis**; * Prepare and review **trial balances and financial statements**; * Execute **monthly and annual accounting closings**; * Fulfill **accessory obligations** (ECD, ECF, among others); * Support clients with **technical and advisory guidance** on sound accounting practices; * Assist in **internal audits and reviews**; * Maintain **constant interface with tax, labor, and corporate departments**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * Prior **accounting firm experience**; * Proficiency in **accounting routines and accessory obligations**; * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel and accounting systems** (preferably Domínio or similar); * Active registration with CRC will be considered a plus. **Behavioral competencies:** * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and analytical reasoning; * Proactivity and advisory mindset; * Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent demands.
