Responsibilities and Duties * Perform maintenance on motorcycles with internal combustion engines, including both carbureted models and those equipped with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI); * Carry out maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and lubrication of mechanical parts and components using specific oils, greases, and fluids, ensuring optimal performance of the brand's products; * Activate vehicles and equipment, as well as replenish fluids (engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, among others), in accordance with established technical procedures; * Conduct repairs on engines and other mechanical systems of the brand's products, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability; * Conduct practical road tests to perform quality inspections; * Complete inspection forms; * Participate in the analysis and implementation of improvements in the assembly process; * Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling Quality Control activities, including developing new procedures; * Evaluate improvements to the brand's products and communicate with engineering; * Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department.
