Experience with eSocial and labor legislation is highly valued ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute HR Department routines, including hiring, termination, and employee movement; * Manage and close electronic timekeeping records (construction site and administrative); * Support payroll processing; * Verify labor charges (FGTS, INSS, eSocial); * Manage and administer employee benefits; * Provide support to employees regarding labor-related inquiries; * Organize and maintain labor documents and files. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in Human Resources Department, preferably in the construction industry; * Knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and labor charges; * Experience with eSocial and labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate); * Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-conscious, and responsible. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of the construction industry’s collective bargaining agreement; * Experience handling a large number of employees; * Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * FOOD ALLOWANCE * GROCERY ALLOWANCE * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * LIFE INSURANCE
