Job Summary: Work as an Educational Assistant supporting students with special needs in the classroom, facilitating pedagogical activities, and promoting inclusion. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of welcoming environments and appreciation of diversity within the school setting Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * Completed high school education; * Experience in educational settings and/or supporting individuals with disabilities or specific educational needs; * Organizational skills; strong communication; dynamism; flexibility; interpersonal skills; teamwork spirit. You will stand out if you have: * Experience in inclusion and diversity; * Ongoing or completed undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, Special Education, or related fields; * Basic computer skills / Microsoft Office proficiency; * Willingness to share knowledge. Work Location and Schedule: * Montes Claros/MG (in-person work); * Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As an Educational Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting pedagogical supervision during interviews and welcoming processes for inclusive students; * Providing comprehensive classroom support to students with disabilities, global developmental disorders (including ASD), learning disorders, high abilities/giftedness, and INSS beneficiaries; * Assisting in facilitating pedagogical activities while respecting adaptations and resources outlined in individualized educational plans; * Collaborating with teachers in developing and completing the inclusive pedagogical action plan, tailored to each student's specific needs; * Supporting the use of accessibility resources and assistive technologies, where applicable; * Recording and monitoring student progress using designated tracking tools; * Acting ethically, respectfully, and confidentially, fostering a welcoming environment and valuing diversity within the school setting; * Ethically providing assistance with students' physiological needs when necessary, adhering to institutional protocols and guidelines; * Supporting multiple students simultaneously, when the nature of their specific needs permits, ensuring high-quality support. 2512060202191797587
